The Challenge
Tasmania JackJumpers are a NBL Basketball team based out of My State Arena in Hobart. While their game day ticketing is managed by their home venue, the JackJumpers run a large number of clinics, member events, and non-game day events across the state of Tasmania, all of which have varied ticketing requirements.
Clinics are particularly complex: participant details need to be collected, they have varied venues with varied capacities, and these high-demand frequently sold-out clinics lead to lots of customer enquiries about ticket availability, registrant name changes, refunds, and exchanges.
The management of these events was taking a toll on the JackJumpers team, who needed a low-admin solution that allowed them to be able to build, sell, and run their events and to minimise customer service support.
